His strategic acumen and leadership prowess have been instrumental in propelling Dss Solutions to new heights of performance. Max holds a CPA and an MBA from George Mason University, boasting over two decades of diverse experience encompassing sales and marketing, project management, CFO roles, and corporate financial strategies and planning.

Mr. Carlos Caldarone serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Dss Solutions, where he holds responsibility for the global Finance and Accounts function. Leveraging his expertise, Carlos contributes to the implementation of US GAAP accounting standards within Dss Solutions. He earned his MBA from George Mason University and previously served as the President and CEO of the South American Export Credit Union in Washington DC before joining Dss Solutions. Under his financial stewardship, Dss Solutions continues to thrive.

Alex White spearheads the entire global IT operations, overseeing both the Information Systems Group and Systems Technology Group at Dss Solutions. In addition, he leads the Info Security Governance and Infrastructure Management Services. With two decades of industry experience in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), and Security, Mr. White brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.

Before joining Dss Solutions, he served as the CIO of Aspen System, where he held responsibility for IT, IS, Security, and Infrastructure Business. Widely recognized as an influential CIO in the industry, Mr. White has garnered numerous awards for his technical expertise and successful IT implementation projects across various sectors.

His achievements were acknowledged in September 2008 when he received the CIO 100 Ingenious Award at the 4th Annual CIO 100 Symposium and Awards Ceremony presented by International Publishing Services (IDG). Mr. White holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Chicago.

Paul Martin spearheads the entire Sales and Marketing operations at Dss Solutions. With a focus on consulting and analytical expertise, his proficiency is most pronounced in industries such as Manufacturing and Retail, Healthcare, Business-to-Business, Oil & Gas, and Financial Services. Mr. Martin possesses a profound understanding of the payments industry and is well-versed in the business capabilities of Point of Sale (POS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and database technologies.

His skill set extends to financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development in the customer management arena. Additionally, Paul brings a unique perspective to the challenges and processes associated with the sales and marketing of Marketing Services.

Holding dual degrees in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Maryland, Mr. Martin combines his technical background with strategic business acumen to drive success in sales and marketing for Dss Solutions.

Mr. Sam Jimal serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Dss Solutions, where he oversees the global business operations of horizontal units, including CRM, ERP, Cloud and Online Solutions, and Business Intelligence & Analytics. Leading these crucial segments, he plays a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, developing new service offerings, and driving business development initiatives.

Having been an integral part of Dss Solutions’ journey since 1998, Mr. Jimal has significantly contributed to the company’s growth. Notably, he played a key role in establishing the Enterprise Cloud Solutions division and spearheaded the conceptualization and incubation of the Dss Solutions Innovation Center. With a focus on innovation, he guides practices in creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) that directly benefit customers.

In recognition of his commitment to excellence, Mr. Jimal served as the management sponsor for certifying Dss Solutions at SEI-CMM Level 5 in 2007. His educational background includes a Computer Engineering degree from George Mason University, and he brings over 30 years of experience in the software services, hardware, and consulting fields to his leadership role at Dss Solutions.

Mr. Ravi Reddy serves as the head of the global delivery organization at Dss Solutions, overseeing all service lines and horizontals. With a tenure of over four years, he has played a pivotal role in establishing new service offerings and fostering the growth of Testing (QATS), Big Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence & Analytics horizontal practices at Dss Solutions.

Beyond his leadership role, Mr. Reddy remains actively engaged in his technical capacity as the Chief Software Architect, providing architecture solutions to customers. He has been instrumental in reshaping the IT ecosystems and modernizing operations for some of Dss Solutions’ large customers.

With a rich history of over 20 years in managing large delivery operations across multiple geographies, Mr. Reddy brings extensive experience in providing technology solutions for organizations in India, Europe, and the USA. In his prior assignment, he served as the Chief Architect for HP, implementing Salesforce.com Software solutions in the USA and European sectors.

Mr. Reddy holds a Post Graduate degree in Technology from I.I.T. Delhi, further enriching his capabilities to drive operational excellence and innovation at Dss Solutions.

Mr. Arindam Sarkar, the Vice President of Resource Management at Dss Solutions, boasts a wealth of experience spanning over 23 years in HR, Compensation, and HRIS. His multifaceted career has seen him in roles ranging from an analyst and manager to an executive, consultant, and entrepreneur.

A passionate advocate for manager empowerment and employee engagement, Mr. Sarkar has become a recognized figure in the field of total rewards management. His insights and expertise have been shared with large audiences at prominent national HR conferences, including HR Technology, SHRM, PIHRA, and APA. Additionally, he has contributed to notable publications such as WorldatWork Journal and HR Executive magazine.
