Compensation at Dss
Base Salary – Your base salary is structured to be competitive for the industry and to complement your complete compensation package.
Annual Performance Bonus – At the end of each calendar year, employees are eligible for a performance bonus based on exceptional business development, overtime, performance, or client service demonstrated during the year.
401(k) Plan – Our 401(k) Plan allows employees to save tax-free dollars for their retirement. There is no waiting period to participate in the plan. We have over 25 leading investment funds available for investment. We have historically made matching contributions. Our employees who are non-resident aliens are allowed to participate in our 401(k) Plan.
Stock Option Plan – Being a member of a rapidly company in Data and Information Delivery industry is a fantastic opportunity. We are currently structuring a stock option plan so that all of our employees can share in Dss Solutions’ growth.
Leaves and Vacations
Taking Leaves while working at Dss:
Vacation– Employees earn weeks of vacation each year. The amount of vacation increases by one day each year an employee continues their career with Dss Solutions.
Holidays– 7 national holidays per year, including the day after Thanksgiving.
Floating Holidays – Up to 3 Floating holidays per year
Sick Days – Up to 6 sick days per year.
Dss provides Healthcare to employee:
Medical Plan – Our Medical Plan is a nationwide PPO plan and includes no deductible for in-network providers.
Dental Plan – Our Dental Plan is a nationwide PPO and includes coverage for diagnostic, restorative, and preventive care. There is no charge to employees for the plan.
Prescription Drug Plan – Highlights of the Prescription Drug Plan include: no deductible for drugs, with a minimal co-payment for generic and brand name drugs. There is no charge to employees for the plan.
Vision Care Plan – Highlights of the Vision Care Plan include a minimal co-payment for eye exams and significantly reduced lenses, frames, and contact lenses. There is no charge to employees for the plan.
Life Insurance Plan – Employees receive a life insurance equal to the lesser of their annual salary or $100,000. There is no charge to employees for the plan.
Long-term Disability Plan – After 90 days of employment, employees are covered by our long-term disability plan that provides up to 60% of pay. There is no charge to employees for the plan.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Plan – Employees receive accidental death and dismemberment insurance in case of suffering due from an injury. There is no charge to employees for the plan.
Referral Bonuses – Employees who refer candidates to Dss Solutions are eligible to receive referral bonuses.
Immigration Support – We provide for the cost of any H-1B, NAFTA, or H-1B transfer visas. In addition, we sponsor employees in their permanent residency application process. We do not require a waiting period for employees to apply for their permanent residency. However, employees are responsible for all fees associated with their permanent residency application process.
Tuition Reimbursement – We reimburse employees for professional training and courses, as related to their position, subject to certain limitations.
