Features delivering an oracle application to AT&T; then, Dss Solutions being 2 years old Solutions Development Company, was awarded to develop banking solutions for the Central Bank of ME with the bank's SMEs providing business leadership for the Dss Solutions team to collect, analyze and document the client's business requirements. We delivered the total banking solutions in Oracle-6 database and VB interface utilizing our young offshore development center within budget and plan. Due to excellent delivery performance to the Central Bank of ME, Dss Solutions was awarded to architect and design National Registration system and a Simulation tool to emulate the system usage functionalities, which to be build, for over 100 years system’s lifespan. And Currently, Dss Solutions local branch is supporting the original existent clients as well as the new clients in different industries that we have acquired since 1994 in the region.

What separates us from other small to mid-size software consulting firms is that we operate like a large firm. We have our own Research team to develop tools and proven-to-work components that help us save time and money for our clients.
We have created the DssAnalystics® tool to be used by any Subject Matter expert to create a logical design of a database application. Analysts, Clients, and/or Designers/Developers may use the DssAnalystics® tool to develop a robust logical design for a Database application that a NON-Technical client would understand the design and a very technical one would appreciate the technical complexity.
We use DssPTMS® to manage any project over a very high-secure Internet. We either create a project schedule from scratch, import from DssAnalystics®, or import from MS Project. Then, the Project manager manages the project with very flexible and effective screens and/or reports. The Developers will use DssPTMS® to communicate their development process. Best of all, the clients will be able to have continued communication either with a few, high level weekly management subscribed reports, or get involved in every step of the development life cycle.
We use DssBIModeler® to develop a logical Data Warehouse and Data Mining Architecture with effective requirements gathering and team management. This tool uses DssPTMS® for its Project Management Tracking system.
We use DssSecureAgent® to insert an agent into a Database application that can dynamically detect and prevent intrusion.
At Dss Solutions, we reuse what we have built before. To accomplish this, we use DssKBase®, the Dss Solutions® knowledge-base server. Our developers continually send new developed components with new functionality to our research team. The team does a final test and QA with version control to make components available for other developers from around the world. The DssTeam® will use applicable components (proven-to-work) from the DssKBase® server over a secured connection with a powerful search engine. This process and development methodology results in a big saving for our clients.
